When you submit an order or enquiry on our website, you will be providing us with your personal information.  This information will be used solely to enable us to communicate with you regarding your order and to allow us to process your order upon checkout.  We do not distribute or sell your personal information to third parties. 

Your email address may be used in conjunction with Australia Post to send you e-notifications regarding your delivery.  If you do not wish this to happen please write a message in the notes section when you checkout.

Your email address provided in your order may be used to inform you of new products, special offers, sales and events related from Wanderlust Candle Co.  If you do not wish to receive this newsletter, simply let us know via email admin@wanderlustcandleco.com.au or click unsubscribe in the email you receive.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Wanderlust has the right to correct/change prices & information regarding brand, terms and conditions, postage & handling, products & services at their discretion & without notice. 

We reserves the right to cancel orders due to reasons such as; payment authorisation declines, insufficient stock, suspicion of fraudulent or malicious intent or for any other reason deemed appropriate.  If the cancelled/declined purchase has been charged to the customer's account or credit card, we will issue a refund within 5-10 days.

We reserves the right to refund order if billing & shipping details do not match due to fraud prevention measures.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Your satisfaction is our priority.  In case you receive the wrong product or if you believe your candle has a fault, please get in touch via the contact form or via email; admin@wanderlustcandleco.com.au.  We will be happy to organise an exchange providing the fault you describe isn't any of the following characteristics of using natural waxes with no additives (wax discolouration, sweating/liquid beads, mottled/frosted wax surface).
There are additives that can be used to prevent this however we prefer to keep our candle as natural and safe as possible. Any returned products must be in its original condition and packaging.  Returned goods must be received within 7 days from the arrival of your purchase.   Goods will be inspected prior to the refund being processed.  We reserves the right to deny a refund or replacement at our discretion.
